FAQ
Can you pick me up somewhere else?
We do not offer individual pick-up or drop-off locations on any of our public tours, and instead use a central meeting point to ensure that we can spend as much time as possible on the road!
We ask that all passengers make sure that they arrive at the departure point in time for Check-in. If you are relying on taxis or public transport, we recommend allowing extra time in case of delays.
Why does my ticket says a different departure point?
Depending on when you booked your tour, you may have one of our old departure points on the Lawnmarket or St Andrew’s Square listed on your ticket. Please note that after the 23rd of April 2025 these are no longer in use due to limited access, and that all our tours from Edinburgh depart from 1759 Regent Rd, Edinburgh EH8 8DR.
We regret any inconvenience this change may cause. The new departure point is an approximate 15-minute (0.7 mile/1.1km) walk away from St Andrew’s Square. You can view directions here.
